Description

Gibson J-50 1957 – a cool Roundshoulder Vintage Dreadnought. A fabulous player with a great vintage sound!

The Gibson J-50 features the same specifications as its sunburst sibling, the Gibson J-45. It is the so called workhorse among the Gibson guitar family – it will never let you down, always ready when you need it.
Bob Dylan, John Hiatt, Brad Paisley … the list of the famous players is very long.

This Gibson J-50 1957 is a real gem (FON/Serialnumber: U 7629 35) with character in appearance and especially in sound. Here you get the ultimate vintage sound.
We personally like the sound of this Gibson because it has a very strong vintage touch. The sound is deep and loud. The woods resonate just great. The basses have a lovely growling and it is the perfect guitar for recording, stage or personal use at home.
It plays perfectly and is wonderfully adjusted. Flat action, straight neck and well preserved frets.
As you can see in the pictures the guitar has a very nice vintage look. It is a guitar which has been played and nicely aged.

It is in a good condition too … just two small repairs on the top have been professionally done. The tuners has been replaced and it has received a neck reset.

This Gibson J-50 1957 comes with the original guitar case!
