The 12-string version of the revered Martin D-28, here is a vintage 1975 Martin D-12-28!
This 14-fret dreadnought body guitar has a sitka spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides, multi-ply body binding, and subtle dot inlays on the rosewood fretboard.
This guitar is a player and not a collectors instrument. It has received a neck reset and plays very nice with a low action. The bridge has been reglued, some cracks repaired (including the headstock) and it has received a new finish.
It’s a very fun guitar to play, it plays easy all the way down the neck and sounds great for rhythm playing.
It sounds very nice and open with a cool vintage touch to the sound.
A non original hard case is included.
