Mario Gropp classical guitar from 1994 – a very special guitar with a great tonal dynamic.
Mario Gropp’s workshop is characterised by the harmonious interplay of tradition and innovation whereby old-time construction methods and easthetics along the lines of Weissgerber meet novel ways of construction optimising both sound and playability.
This guitar is crafted to meet the highest demands of concert artists. Gropp guitars are renowned for their quick response, long sustain, even tonal balance across the entire fingerboard, and excellent projection.
The tonewoods and other materials used are of the highest quality in order to produce the best possible tone.
The instrument is also hand-finished using French polish.
Thisguitar also features a custom bridge which improves the intonation of the instrument.
The body of it is made of maple, which is combined with a spruce top, mahogany neck with 645 mm scale length, 52 mm nut width, ebony fretboard, rosewood bridge with split saddle, oval soundhole and Alessi tuners.
Condition is excellent – almost like a new guitar. The original hardshell case is included.
