You may terminate this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) take delivery of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear written notice of withdrawal.

You can use the attached form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. It is important that your withdrawal notice is sent before the 14-day period expires. Please note: The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to EU citizens; non-EU citizens cannot exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consequences of revocation:

After revocation, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (except in the case of more expensive shipping methods chosen by you), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your revocation notification. We will use the same payment system as for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise. There are no repayment fees.

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.

The goods must be returned immediately within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before expiry.

You shall bear the costs for the return shipment. You are only liable for any loss of value if this is due to excessive use of the goods that goes beyond the necessary inspection of the goods.
