The pegbox is made of solid sycamore wood and is set at an angle of 135 degrees to reduce the depth of the instrument. It has seven nylon frets and five frets made of sycamore wood. Special top made of solid Sitka spruce for good sound with laser-engraved rosette. 3 top quality wound nylon strings and 10 rectified nylon strings are used on this lute. The recommended tuning is G4, D4, A3, F3, C4, C3, G3, G2, F3, F2
