Martin D-18 1969 - certainly one of the most beautiful D-18s from the 60s that we have ever come across - rarely do you find such a powerful and dynamic sound!
As one of the original dreadnoughts, the D-18 has captured the hearts of players since the early 1930s.
From Elvis to David Crosby, the D-18 has been in the hands of legendary guitarists for decades.
Similar to the D-28 (without rosewood), this D-18 sounds incredibly warm and loud compared to many other dreadnought guitars.
The woods have opened up nicely and the guitar has a charming woody sound.
It incredibly combines great dynamics and volume with the mellow nuance that can only come from a great vintage guitar.
This guitar is everything a vintage guitar lover could want.
This Martin D-18 is perfectly adjusted and plays very well with a low string action and a straight neck.
The guitar is a player and has a few repairs. It has a cool vintage look that comes from playing and use. A previous owner added a snowflake inlay to the fingerboard at the first fret.
All in all, this is a first-class player's guitar, with a fantastic sound at an affordable price.
It comes with a non-original case and a built-in piezo pickup (brand unknown).
