This guitar comes from the workshop of Manuel Reyes and is one of those „Estudio guitars“ that were made by other guitar makers according to Reyes' construction plans.
The top is made of spruce, the back and sides are made of cypress. It has a scale length of 655 mm and a nut width of 52 mm. It was built around 1990.
The sound of these Manuel Reyes is really beautiful. The basses are deep and powerful, and the trebles are bright and crystal clear. It has a beautiful carrying sound and a good balance between bass and treble. A very nice timbre that combines power and volume with quality and perfect pitch.
This guitar is perfectly set up with a straight neck and a low string action. It plays with great ease.
The condition of this guitar is good, but it has some signs of use and wear.
