Luis Arostegui Granados 1981 - lightweight guitar with explosive and extremely lively sound quality!

Luis Arostegui Granados was born in Granada in 1932. He started out as a cabinetmaker. He later began making guitars and studied under Manuel de la Chica. He also worked for several other guitar makers in Granada before settling in Madrid in 1960. There he opened his own store and has since been influenced by the Madrid school of guitar makers. He builds more classical guitars than flamenco guitars.

This guitar from 1981 really is an exceptionally well-made instrument. The guitar immediately impresses with its incredible lightness. The result is an explosive and spontaneous sound. An incredibly lively guitar that is great fun to play. It has great and pronounced basses. The basses are powerful without being overpowering and the trebles sound very sweet and brilliant. The guitar is transparent right up to the upper registers and doesn't crowd out the brilliant, crystal-clear trebles - so the guitar maintains an unusually perfect balance, even amidst the fullness of the basses.

The top of this Luis Arostegui Granados 1981 is made of fine cedar, while the back and sides are made of beautiful rosewood. The scale length is 655 mm and the nut width is 52 mm.

The guitar is in good condition with only a few signs of use. There is a small repair on the back (almost invisible).

This is a fantastic guitar at an incredibly affordable price!
