Hermanos Conde 2020 Atocha 53 Flamenco Guitar - Spectacular Conde Flamenca Blanca with a loud, crystal clear sound!

The history of the famous Hermanos Conde begins with Domingo Esteso, one of the most important guitar makers of the early 20th century. In 1917, he opened his own workshop at Calle Gravina 7 in Madrid. From 1926, he worked there together with his nephew Faustino Conde, later joined by Mariano and Julio Conde. After Domingo Esteso's death in 1937, his nephews initially ran the workshop under the name Vda y Sobrinos de Domingo Esteso further and later under Hermanos Conde Sobrinos de Domingo Esteso.
As the demand for guitars grew, another store was opened at Calle Atocha 53, run by Julio Conde. This store still exists today, while the workshop in Calle Gravina has since closed.

This Hermanos Conde 2020 Atocha 53 flamenco guitar is an outstanding example of the great tradition of this workshop. It was built in 2020 and is in good condition with slight signs of use and wear. The top is made of high-quality spruce, the back and sides of the finest cypress wood. With a scale length of 650 mm and a nut width of 52 mm, it offers ideal playing conditions. The neck is straight as a die and the string action is extremely low - perfect for flamenco playing techniques.

This guitar is also equipped with an L.R. Baggs Anthem pickup for nylon strings, making it ideal for use on stage.

The sound of this Hermanos Conde 2020 Atocha 53 flamenco guitar is impressive across the board: powerful, hearty and full, yet balanced and crystal clear. It has the power of the great Madrid guitars of the 60s and 70s and brings flamenco at the highest level into your hands.

This beautiful guitar is supplied in a sturdy hard case.
