Rare 1954 Gibson Les Paul model - the famous „Goldtop“
This beautiful guitar is a real treasure with great feel and tone. It comes with the original Lifton case.
The guitar is in player-grade condition. It was fitted with an additional humbucker a long time ago. This was then professionally undone.
In this work the top was oversprayed (under the overspray is the original varnish. The sides, back and neck have been refinished. The serial number is no longer legible for this reason.
Furthermore, 2 potties were replaced in this process. Vintage Grover machine heads were also fitted.
The main parts of the guitar are original (pickups, neck, body, pickguard, bridge, case ...). The headstock has the original finish + Gibson decal.
