Gibson L-1 from 1930 - a real cannon of a guitar. If you're looking for a vintage flat-top guitar that none of your friends have, this is it.

It's pretty hard to argue with an old Gibson. They're killer guitars. The good guitars - like this one - have that classic, simple Gibson sound. They're woody, clear and open sounding, and you can clearly hear every note you play. They're not overloaded with sweeping mids, complicated harmonics or sweetened highs. These are cool, straightforward guitars - they reproduce what you put into them, albeit through a woody “old Gibson" filter. There are good reasons why these instruments are as popular and sought after as they are.

This guitar is in pretty good condition considering its age. Of course it has signs of play and use, but there are no major repairs. It has the original finish and the bridge has been replaced.

The FON dates this guitar to 1930 and it comes with a newer case.

This Gibson L-1 is an extremely rare and historically significant guitar.
