The Fender Stratocaster is probably one of the most influential instruments ever built. Its sound has influenced generations and, in principle, its fascination has not changed to this day. Fender's attempt to keep the Stratocaster modern and up-to-date without denying its roots is not entirely unconnected to this.

At first glance, the Fender Stratocaster still looks the same as it did when it was introduced in 1954, but the details have been constantly revised and have become much more modern.

We are offering a fantastically well-preserved example with 34 years on its well-formed “hump” for sale here.

As expected, the playability and sound are “typically Strat”. The profile of the maple neck is more like a “modern C” and sits well in the hand. The playability is great with our fresh setup, the adjustment allows fatigue-free playing across all positions.

As mentioned, the condition of this classic is excellent with only very minimal signs of wear.
The fingerboard and frets are in top condition. The guitar comes with a newer case.
It was retrofitted with very high-quality Sperzel tuners and a Seymour Duncan Hot Rails Strat Bridge pickup.
