Antonio Morales Nogués Model Maestro Flamenco Negra - Outstanding craftsmanship and incomparable flamenco sound

This Flamenco Negra model is based on the Conde guitar that Paco de Lucía played. Antonio Morales had a close relationship with Paco de Lucía and is often referred to as Paco de Lucía's last luthier. When Antonio and Paco were together, Paco spoke fondly of his Conde, which was known for good projection due to the high tension strings required. Together, Paco and Antonio developed a guitar that is easier to play but still retains the character of Paco's Conde guitar - the result is this Maestro model.

Antonio Morales Nogués is one of the most respected guitar makers in Spain. Born in Monesterio in 1956, he moved to Palma de Mallorca at the age of 15, where he still lives and works today. He received his training from George Moore Bowden, with whom he later worked for many years. After Bowden's death, Morales continued to run the workshop in Palma. Morales is best known for his close relationship with Paco de Lucía, who played many of his guitars and appreciated their exceptional sound quality and workmanship. Other famous musicians such as Tomatito and Vicente Amigo have also played Morales guitars and thus cemented their place in the flamenco world.

The Maestro Flamenco Negra model is a masterpiece that combines the flamenco tradition with modern innovation. This guitar delivers a rich, full-bodied sound with warm, resonant basses, clear, singing mids and brilliant highs. Its response is remarkable, and it projects a powerful and balanced tone that is ideal for both solo performances and accompaniment. The body is made of high-quality Indian rosewood for the back and sides, combined with a finely grained spruce top, which allows for a nuanced and expressive sound palette. The nut width is 52 mm, the scale length measures 670 mm, and the string action at the 12th fret is 2.8 mm (E) and 2.3 mm (e), which ensures effortless playing and maximum control.

The guitar is in excellent condition with only minimal signs of use and is completely original. It comes with its original, robust hard case, which offers optimum protection for this exquisite instrument.

This Antonio Morales Nogués Model Maestro Flamenco Negra is a rare jewel for flamenco lovers and musicians looking for an instrument that sets standards in sound and craftsmanship. A true inspiration for every player!
