We offer a very beautiful and handmade classical guitar by the famous German luthier Klaus Röder.
Klaus Röder, born in 1937, studied music (violin and guitar) before becoming a guitar maker. From 1967, he worked in the master workshops of Dieter Hense, Reinhold Seiffert, Kurt Hoyer, Ernest Köröskenyi and Dieter Hopf. In 1975, he successfully completed his studies and became a master guitar maker. He also works as a teacher in his home town and successfully trains the next generation of guitar makers.
Each of his instruments is crafted with great care and attention to detail and finished with fine inlays. Klaus Röder only uses solid wood of the highest quality.
The guitar is characterized by a very sweet, warm sound. However, the sound is also very powerful and room-filling.
We appreciate the great dynamics of this guitar and are impressed by the long-lasting sustain. The sound quality can be described as mystical with an almost magical appeal. The guitar fills the whole room with the most beautiful tones and impresses with a breathtaking variety of timbres. An absolutely noble instrument at concert level - very finely built for the highest tonal demands.
It is very easy to play and has a slim neck. We have the impression that the notes just jump out of the guitar. It is lively and gives the player the impression of merging with the guitar.
The guitar is in very good condition with only minor signs of use. It has a built-in pickup from L.R. Baggs, with soundhole adjustment.
Scale length 650 mm and nut width 52 mm. Spruce top and cocobolo back and sides. The guitar comes with the original case.
