This example is the harder to find Clay-Dot 24“ scale pre-CBS guitar.
The Mustang has always been a winner, designed as a student guitar, but far superior to the Duo Sonic with its 22 1/2“ scale length and no tremolo.
The pickups in these guitars are genuine Strat pickups with the usual full sound.
2 slide switches allow the selection of several sound modes, including phase-shifted and parallel switching.
The guitar is an A - neck with a 38 mm nut.
