This guitar was personally selected by Buckcherry guitarist Keith Nelson from six original ’59 Bursts after extensive testing. It became his main guitar and is featured on both Buckcherry's 2013 album Confessions as well as on countless live performances.
Working closely with Keith, the Gibson Custom Shop has analyzed every nuance of the original to create a faithful reproduction. From the authentically aged Dirty Lemon Burst-finish, the iconic 1959 neck profile and the powerful PAF sound - this Collector's Choice-model delivers all the sonic depth and feel that the legendary Bursts the most sought-after electric guitar in history.
This particular specimen is one of the best Collector's Choice-models and is appreciated by players and collectors alike. The guitar boasts exceptional resonance and sustain, while its lively, dynamic sound makes for an inspiring playing experience.
